If you're using a computer on which Windows 10 Creators Update has been applied, click the [ Download File ] icon at the bottom of this page to carry out installation of the driver.

* The default USB Audio Class 2.0 driver does not operate correctly.

Your computer automatically downloads the Windows(R) 10 driver from the Internet when a product requiring the driver is connected to the computer.
For more information about the driver, go to [ Owner's Manuals ] and refer to "Reference Manual."

* A connection the Internet is necessary to download the driver.
* Under normal conditions, the driver installation is completed in several minutes. It may take about 10 minutes depending on the Internet connectivity or if there are other drivers being installed for other devices.
* A problem may have occurred if the device is connected but cannot be used after waiting for 10 minutes. Refer to "Troubleshooting" in "Reference Manual."
* After installing the driver, you can continue using it as long as it is not uninstalled, even if you update the system to version 1703 ( Creators Update ) via Windows Update.

Important Notes for All Drivers
* Set all following sample rates to the same value. Operation might not be correct if different.
  • The sample rate that when you go to the "Sound" control panel, go to the [ Recording ] tab, choose [ Line Roland Rubix** ], and click the [ Properties ] button is shown on the [ Advanced ] tab of the "Line Properties" dialog box that appears
  • The sample rate that when you go to the "Sound" control panel, go to the [ Playback ] tab, choose [ Speakers Roland Rubix** ], and click the [ Properties ] button is shown on the [ Advanced ] tab of the "Speakers Properties" dialog box that appears
  • The sample rate for the ASIO application (if you're using the ASIO application)
* If installation is unsuccessful, restart the computer and try reinstalling.
* When uninstalling the driver "Apps and Features," a yellow UAC dialog box might be displayed. Click [ Yes ] and continue.

* This driver will not work on Windows RT.
Computer
Windows-compatible PC equipped with USB port

* This product cannot be used with a USB 3.0 port that is not compatible with USB 2.0 specification.
* If this product does not work correctly when connected to a USB 3.0 port, you will need to connect it to a USB 2.0 port.
* Even if connected to a USB 3.0 port, the performance of the product will not change.
* This driver cannot be used in a virtual Windows environment such as Windows XP Mode ( Virtual Windows XP ) or Virtual PC.
* This driver cannot be used in a virtual Windows environment such as Hyper-V or VMware.
* Mac computers running Microsoft Windows are not supported.
