Premik Jolly is a keyboardist, guitarist, composer, live artist and producer based in Bangalore, India. A self-taught musician, he started playing guitar at age 7 and then proceeded to teach himself the keyboard by age 10. With a strong passion for creating sounds he dwelled deep into synthesis and the process od sonic creation. He owns and manages Area 51 Productions, a studio where he records and produces electronic, psychedelic, ambient music. Premik also produces and records electronica and psychedelic music under the alias "Prematron". Premik’s music has been released by labels Soundkraft Records and Ovnimoon Records. Prematron has been featured in various compilations from the labels. The releases are found on global music outlets such as iTunes, Beatport, Amazon and Google music.

Premik also features as the keyboardist and guitarist of the space rock band “Akashic”. Akashic’s music is a mix of rock, metal, progressive and jazz sounds with ambient cascading synth lines. 2017 saw their debut album ‘Vimana’.
