The TD-50X gives you all the studio-grade sound tools you’d find in a pro computer music production environment, housed in a rugged and reliable hardware module with complete audio and MIDI connectivity. Like a recording engineer, you can adjust mic settings for various kit elements, then refine sounds with EQs, compressors, and other processing. There’s a massive library of top-quality effects on hand too, from rich, expansive reverbs to delay, distortion, phaser, bit crusher, and more.
Mix Outside the Box
When performing live or in the studio with electronic drums, the ability to shape sounds outside the kit is just as important as in-the-box processing. The TD-50X has you covered, allowing you to meet the moment wherever you play. With ten fully assignable balanced outputs, you can send an audio engineer whatever drums they need to mix the sound appropriately, with or without effects. Fader controls on the module are also available, letting you control the mix from the stage when needed. And for computer-based recording, the TD-50X supports up to 32 channels of digital audio plus MIDI over a single USB cable.
